Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair with 6D Headrest – BD 111

The BD 111 brings the Polaris-inspired BD design language to premium executive and high-spec contract seating. Its breathable tested mesh is supported by a black nylon frame, while a 6D headrest with height, fore-aft, flip and angle adjustment and a split-panel adaptive lumbar system that follows the lower back help users fine-tune upper-body and lower-back support. The height-adjustable backrest accommodates different body proportions and working postures.

A three-cable aluminum mechanism controls seat height, seat depth and synchronized recline up to 135° with continuous-position locking. 6D aluminum-alloy armrests add practical positioning for keyboard work, meetings and reclined use. The chair uses solid aluminum-alloy mechanism supports, back supports, arm supports and five-star base, an imported 85 mm gas lift and 65 mm electroplated casters. F35 and alternative L footrest configurations are available.

Each chair is packed one unit per carton at 95 × 65 × 45 cm (0.278 m³). The specification sheet lists the chair as BIFMA-tested. Mesh colors and configuration combinations can be discussed for OEM/ODM and distributor programs.
